She has drafted and is implementing the strategy of Suspilne’s interregional platform development, which covers 24 regional TV channels. She initiated the all-Ukrainian contest Create with Suspilne that supports local productions and provides funding for the best ideas in the regions. She has a 10-year experience as a journalist, producer, coach in AIESEC, international independent youth-run organization, and in projects of IZOLYATSIA Cultural Initiatives Foundation.
