LUKIAN HALKIN CHAIR OF THE FICTION FILM JURY Head of Co-Production and Outsource Commissioning Suspilne Ukraine Ukraine Lukian Halkin is a Ukrainian producer and film expert and a co-founder of Moviegram, an internet media platform. His work includes both commissioned and in-house productions. Notable projects include the feature documentary “A Sentimental Journey to the Parajanov Planet” (2024), directed by Taras Tomenko; the documentary series “Big Russian Lies” (2024), directed by Natalia Ponomariv and Oleksandr Nazarov; and the mockumentary fiction series “Carlos in Ukraine” (2023), directed by Nikita Torzhevsky. He also produced the short documentary “Smouldering: The Tree of Life” (2022), directed by Nadiia Mikołajenko, which was featured in the non-competition programme at the Cottbus International Film Festival, and "Maidan: Six Letters of Our Freedom" (2021), directed by Anna Yeresko, which won 2nd place in the documentary competition at the Heart of Europe International TV Festival.
